Terms

Terms for audit services.

Last updated: May 28, 2026. These terms describe the public website, proprietary software, and the initial founder-led audit offer. A paid audit should also have a written order, statement of work, or equivalent agreement.

Website And Software

The ContractForge website describes a local-first audit service and related proprietary software. No open-source license is granted by default. Website copy does not grant access to a private repository, create a support obligation, or start a paid audit by itself.

Initial Audit Offer

The initial paid service is a $750 Agent Contract Audit for one repository and one selected coding-agent workflow, unless a different scope is agreed in writing. The audit can include an instruction surface map, contract gap audit, agent.contract.yaml scaffold, compiled AGENTS.md guidance, eval-task skeletons, deterministic check report, preflight policy notes, CI starter, and reviewed limitations memo.

Customer Responsibilities

Payment And Delivery

Payment path, delivery timing, cancellation, refund treatment, confidentiality, and ownership of customer-specific artifacts should be confirmed before work begins. A paid audit starts only after scope and authorization are clear.

Service Limits

ContractForge produces audit artifacts, local check output, and limitation notes for the selected workflow. It does not provide production sandboxing, complete policy enforcement, compliance certification, application security review, model benchmarking, broad cross-agent coverage, or measured coding-agent reliability or productivity lift. Code review, CI, SAST, and security tooling remain in place.
